Tusshar Kapoor is one of the renowned actors in Bollywood. He has appeared in various hit bollywood movies. He is the son of veteran actor  Jitendra and his sister and Ekta Kapoor is a big name in the television Industry.

Tusshar once with her sister Ekta Kapoor appeared in Karan Johar’s show Koffee with Karan. During the rapid fire round, Karna Johar asked Tusshar to name someone who comes to mind when he says botox or cosmetic surgery He said Preity Zinta. It does not go well with Preity  Zinta and she said, "Preity doesn't talk rubbish about anyone. She sees no reason why Tusshar, who she hasn't even worked with, should take off on her without provocation."

After that Tusshar apologized to Preity. He said, "Everyone knows that Karan's rapid fire round is just for laughs. You don't even have the time to think when Karan puts you in the dock. Recently, I saw Preity's picture in a magazine and she was looking stunning having lost a lot of weight. So, when Karan asked, Preity's name just came out at the spur of the moment. There's nothing more to it. It does n't mean to hurt her and he felt bad that the comment turned into such an "ugly controversy". "I'm glad that we spoke and sorted it out rather than letting it snowball into something worse. I don't even know what botox actually is, and why will I say something like this about someone who I truly respect.”

Tusshar Kapoor followed the path of Buddhism. He once said, “I think a lot of it is also due to Buddhism. I am a follower of Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism. I chant, I study and the book I am reading right now is called ‘Human Revolution’. It makes you sorted and a nice person in a way. The negativity from your life evaporates and you start focusing on what is important to you, your immediate family and your priorities become very clear.”

On the work front he has worked in pictures like Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, Golmaal, Shootout at Lokhandwala, in which he played the part of gangster Dilip Buwa, and received positive reviews for his performance. He also appeared in Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3, The Dirty Picture, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum, the critically acclaimed Shor in the City and Shootout at Wadala.
