'Hichki' fame Lina Acharya dies due to kidney failure

'Hichki' fame actress Lina Acharya died on Saturday. She had been suffering from kidney problems for the past year and a half. Her mother donated a kidney to her some time ago. But even then she could not survive. Lina was admitted to a hospital in Delhi. Many prominent television personalities have expressed grief over her death. She has appeared in TV shows 'Seth Ji', 'Aapne Aa Jaane Se' and 'Meri Hanikarak Biwi'. She played an important role in Rani Mukerji's film Hichki.

Actor Rohan Mehra shared a photo on his Instagram story remembering Lina. In that post is a photo of Lina and her in which Rohan wrote, 'May your soul rest in peace, Lina Madam. Last year, we were shooting for the Class of 2020 together. Will miss you a lot ', while actor Abhishek Bhalerao also expressed grief over her death. He shared a screenshot and a photo of the last thing from Lina in the tweet. In this, she says that this year she will relax and go to Mumbai next year.

Hearing the news of Lina's death, a wave of mourning has raged in the film industry. Artists who have worked with Lina are still not convinced. Earlier there were also reports that Lina died due to COVID-19 but later it became clear that the reason behind it is kidney failure.
