Twitter has been down for almost an hour all over the world, including India. Twitter's server went down at around 10:30 pm on Friday. However, Twitter has since fixed this technical bug.

Timeline was not getting loaded: Due to the downing of Twitter's servers, users in many cities of India are also facing difficulty in using Twitter. These cities include Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Chennai among others. Users have reported that they do not open tweets. At the same time, they are also not able to load the replies to the tweets that are already being given cache memory. The problem was caused by a technical bug: Twitter has fixed it after the user's complaint. On this global outage, Twitter has issued a statement saying that due to a technical bug, the timeline was not able to load on Twitter and people were not able to tweet, but now everything is fine.
