USA: For a while now, there hasn't been much talk about life at Twitter's headquarters in San Francisco. If this leads you to believe that everything is resolved, you couldn't be more wrong.

According to the platformer, Elon Musk is still freaking people out momentarily. The top engineer who blamed the CEO for the drop in his Twitter following is the most recent victim.

To prove to his critics that Twitter was still active, Musk introduced a "view count" feature. Instead, it received a low level of post engagement despite its large audience.

Some right-wing accounts went private to demonstrate that they received more likes and views in private mode. Even Musk let it go. To be honest, he didn't like what he saw.

According to reports, Musk has been worried about his Twitter following for some time now. The platformer claims that they discussed the issue with their engineers and consultants to find a solution.

He remarked, "This is absurd." Despite having over 100 million followers, I am only getting thousands of impressions.
Musk demanded an explanation of the situation.

One of the company's two remaining chief engineers offered a possible explanation to Musk. However, he was saddened to hear this. The engineer claims that the general public no longer shows much interest in what he does.

The staff provided him with internal engagement statistics and a Google Trends chart to support his claims. The graph showed waning enthusiasm for Musk.

The engineer's explanation enraged Musk, who shouted, "You're fired, you're fired." So it was over. Musk asked people to check the number of tweets he recommended after being dissatisfied with the engineer's work.

According to Twitter employees, the view count feature, which minimized the "Like" and "Retweet" buttons, may be one of the factors causing low engagement.

Twitter's buggy product is another reason why engagement may be low. The social media platform has been plagued with problems, such as shifting algorithmic priorities, disappearing mentions, and erroneous tweets that suddenly appear in timelines.

One worker commented on the platformer, "As the saying goes, you ship your org chart. We're shipping chaos because it's chaos here right now."

Employees on Twitter are increasingly dissatisfied with their workplace, according to what they told the platform. Much of an employee's time is spent extinguishing fires, completing impossible tasks, and increasing productivity without any direction regarding expected results.

The employee further said that most fires start from accidentally hitting the wrong people with an ax and then attempting to extinguish them.

Platformer reports that "Where are you interviewing?" and "Where do you have offers?" Twitter has become the norm. The turmoil in the tech market, however, has forced many to keep their jobs.

When Musk or his team asked a question, an employee claimed they would have to choose between the "right answer" and the "least fireable answer".

Employees also have positive things to say about Musk. He considers the absence of Twitter 2.0's committees a positive development. Musk's Twitter is very active.

However, as one employee pointed out, there are two sides to this. "Moving so quickly could have unintended effects." The introduction of Twitter Blue is a good example of this.
