New Delhi: Already loss-bearing micro-blogging site Twitter in India has closed two of its three offices in the country. This decision of Twitter is part of the cost-cut planning of its owner Elon Musk. Work from home has been given to the employees working in these offices. Last year, Twitter fired 200 of its employees in India after Elon Musk's takeover.

According to the report, Twitter India has closed its offices in Delhi and Mumbai. However, work will continue at the company's Bangalore office, where most of the engineers work. Elon Musk plans to make Twitter financially stable by the end of 2023. Due to this, Musk fired hundreds of employees all over the world. After the takeover, the billionaire boss plans to run the company with minimum expenses.

Let us tell you that the Indian market for Twitter has been at a loss since the beginning. For example, according to the subscribers of the company, the income of the company is not according to that. At the same time, India's market is the most profitable deal for other American social media sites Meta and Google. These companies have the best subscriber base in India, where internet usage is on the rise. Not only this, but online business is also increasing in India, which is proving beneficial for Meta and Google.
