SRINAGAR: Emulating the footsteps of the revered Swami Vivekananda, two individuals hailing from the United States have embarked on this year's Amarnath Yatra.

Both of these individuals originate from California, USA. The Amarnath Shrine Board shared captivating photographs of their journey.

"Hailing from California, we reside in an Ashram-temple. For the past three years, we have nurtured the dream of undertaking the Amarnath Yatra. We used to watch the Yatra and Puja videos on YouTube," expressed one of the two American pilgrims.

Attempting to capture their experience in words, they conveyed, "It has been an indescribable journey. Swami Vivekananda himself visited Amarnath during his time, and he encountered something truly extraordinary here."

The profound sense of tranquility they encountered amidst the mountains and inside the sacred cave left an enduring impression on them.

"With heartfelt prayers, we aspire for such peace to prevail universally. We extend our gratitude to Bhole Nath for fulfilling our long-cherished dream," they expressed sincerely.
