Mathura: A painful accident took place on Yamuna Expressway amidst severe cold and fog in UP. Where two buses collided with each other early today. More than 40 people were injured in this accident. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. As soon as the buses collided, there was an atmosphere of shouting and screaming on the spot. There was a long traffic jam on the highway for a long time. Sources say that the accident happened at Mile Stone-110 Raya Cut near Mathura on Yamuna Expressway. Where two buses collided with each other at around 3 in the morning. After the accident, 31 injured were admitted to the district hospital and 9 other injured were admitted to various hospitals. 

Mathura SSP Shailesh Pandey has informed that one bus was going from Dholpur to Noida and the other bus was going from Etawah towards Noida. 40 passengers have been injured due to the collision between the two buses. At present, the injured have been taken to the hospital and the traffic jam has also been cleared. Traffic has started smoothly. It is noteworthy that fog continues to wreak havoc in North India including UP. Due to which vehicles are facing a lot of problems in movement on the road. Meanwhile, due to dense fog on Yamuna Expressway in Mathura, two buses collided with each other. The buses were removed from the road with the help of cranes. At the time of the incident, the fog was so dense that even rescue became difficult. 

The Meteorological Department has also issued orange alert in 53 districts of Uttar Pradesh today, due to which visibility on the road is very low. Due to dense fog and low visibility, accidents always happen on the highway.
