Thiruvananthapuram: 2 CPM workers have been killed in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Actually, they got attacked by sharp weapons. In this attack, one worker died on the spot while the other was taken to the medical college. But after some time here he too succumbed. The CPM has accused the Congress of the attack. Police has taken 3 people into custody on the basis of suspicion.

This case belongs to Venjaramudu area of the district. It is being told that Mithilaj (32) and Haq Mohammad (25), residents of Vembayam, were going by car late on Sunday night. Haq Mohammed had to leave Mithilj at his residence. When they reached the area of Themmapamudu, they were attacked on the way.

In this regard, the police said that the way the bodies of both have been attacked with a sharp weapon, it seems that the attackers were in the group of at least 5. Both have seen many cuts on their bodies. The bodies of both have been sent for postmortem. The police has started investigating the case. The CPM alleges that the Congress is behind the killing of their workers. It is also alleged that both have been murdered to avenge politics. The party has also accused the police of being involved in the murder of Congress workers in its complaint.
