Manish Tiwari tweeted, 'Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray needs briefing of 2003 rule on citizenship law. He should understand how NPR is the foundation of NRC. Once you have done NPR you cannot stop NRC.' According to the constitution, the CAA needs to be re-understood.
