Kyiv: Leading producer DTEK announced on Saturday that three significant Ukrainian regions, including the nation's capital Kyiv, will be able to avoid power outages on Sunday while authorities worked to repair power grids harmed by a significant Russian strike.
The Ukrainian military-industrial complex's critical energy facilities were the target of a "massive strike" on Friday, according to the Russian defense ministry.
There shouldn't be any power outages in Kyiv and the surrounding area, as well as the regions of Odesa and Dnipro, according to a statement from grid operator Ukrenergo that was released by DTEK.
