New Delhi: Ukraine has closed its airspace after Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war. Amidst the Russian attack, Ukraine fears that the passenger planes coming to them may be cyber-attacked. Apart from this, there is also the possibility of shooting down targeting civilian flights. According to the Ukraine State Air Traffic Service, airspace across Ukraine has been closed for civil flights on Thursday in view of the dangers.

Let us inform that Europe's aviation regulator had already issued an alert regarding the dangers of flying in areas adjacent to the border of Russia and Belarus due to military activities. Europe had said that there could be misunderstandings about passenger planes amid the circumstances of the war. If this happens, many people's lives will be in danger. At the same time, on Thursday, Air India flight number AI1947 has returned to Delhi from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.

In this, many Indian citizens including medical students have returned home. In fact, in 2014, a Malaysia Airlines plane MH17 was shot down over eastern Ukraine. That's why this time the airlines have already become alert about the attack.
