KIEV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that his country is losing 60-100 soldiers killed in battle every day, with another 500 soldiers wounded.  According to the Ukrinform news agency, Zelensky made the comment during an interview with Newsmax TV in the United States.

"The situation is quite challenging. Every day, we lose 60-100 soldiers killed in action and around 500 soldiers wounded in action. So, we're defending our defensive perimeters. The situation in eastern Ukraine, as well as southern Donetsk and Luhansk, is the most challenging "According to a remark from Zelensky.

"Putin cannot prevail, and the world must stop protecting him in the wake of the latest Russian troop atrocities... He is now almost alone. Because the sanctions are not fully implemented, the world continues to give him a chance "He made a point. Putin's and Russia's vulnerability is not only in failing to seize a smaller neighbouring country, but also in attempts to depose him as leader, Zelensky said.

"Attempting to assassinate the head of this or that country is, in my opinion, a flaw. It's a flaw if you can't communicate. The vulnerability is that they are starting the fight, and they have already proved that they are weak. It's a flaw if you can't occupy that country. At the same time, if you want something to happen to the family of the other country's leader, that's a political failure to act "Zelensky went on to say.
