Bhopal: PM Narendra Modi, who is going to attend the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, is on the target of political parties. Now Uma Bharti, the National Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and former Union Minister, has come to the rescue of PM Modi. She said that the construction work of Somnath Temple was started by President Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Now PM Modi will start the temple construction work on the same lines.

Uma Bharti has said that Ayodhya is no longer a matter of controversy. There was no conflict of faith. Muslims believe in God, Mecca is on Medina, Islam, but not on any memorial built by Babur. Uma Bharti has further stated that Babur was a foreign invader in the eyes of all, whether Hindus or Muslims. Attacking Congress, Uma Bharti said that Nehru made Ayodhya issue disputed in the year 1949 with political intentions.

Uma Bharti said that the decision of the top court was welcomed by people of all religions. This could have happened in Nehru's time as well, but Congress vote bank hunger did not allow it to happen at that time and kept the country under stress for 71 years. Now the countrymen have erased the existence of this tension in solidarity. Uma Bharti blamed Congress, socialist and leftist ideology that they are surrounded by a restlessness in not allowing the temple construction work to begin in peace. The people of the country will unite and change their intentions.
