Hyderabad: Union Minister of State for Home Kishan Reddy has said on Tuesday that some anti-social elements are still trying to incite violence in Delhi. He said, "There are reports that efforts are still being made to incite violence. We will do a high-level investigation to find out the people responsible for the violence and bring reality to the people."

He said that some chaotic elements are still trying to create problems. Delhi Police and paramilitary are taking appropriate steps. He told that the Center will not tolerate the killing of innocent people, damage to private and government property and attack on police personnel while on duty. He asserted that the violence in Delhi is pre-planned and its purpose is to tarnish the image of India during US President Donald Trump's.

Meanwhile, the police have informed that the number of people killed in the clash between CAA supporters and opponents in Delhi on Monday has increased to 8. Many sporadic incidents of violence and stone-pelting are taking place in North-East Delhi since Tuesday morning. Police and Rapid Action Force (RAF) have been deployed in areas like Maujpur, Babarpur, Jafrabad, Gokulpuri, Brijpuri, etc.
