Prince Harry and his wife Megan Merkel have targeted the Queen, expressing displeasure at being forced to give up the Sussex royal title. The couple has said that the use of the word 'Shahi' on foreign soil does not come under the jurisdiction of the Queen.

Harry and Megan had recently signed a formal agreement to separate from the royal family. Under this, they were to leave the royal title 'His and Her Royal Highness' (HRH). Both will no longer be able to use any kind of public fund for the discharge of their duties. Underlining their new roles within the monarchy, the couple alleged that they were not treated like other members of the royal family.

In his statement, he said, "There are also members in the royal family who have been allowed employment abroad while retaining their title. We did not get all the concessions we expected." The couple's statement comes after Buckingham Palace's announcement on Friday that the couple would no longer be able to exercise their titles to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
