United Kisan Morcha suspended two leaders, know why?

New Delhi: Tractors on the Delhi border took out a tractor rally in the national capital on 26 January against agricultural laws. This rally stirred up. A group of protesters attending the rally reached Red Fort and unfurled their flag there, while at the ITO of Delhi there had a clash between police and farmers. The Delhi Police claimed that the protesters involved in the tractor parade did not follow the prescribed route. This caused chaos. The United Kisan Morcha has suspended two peasant leaders in this case.

The Samyukta Kisan Morcha has suspended two farmer leaders Harpal Sangh, president of Azad Kisan Samiti (Doaba) and Surjit Singh Phool of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Revolutionary) for violating the prescribed route due to the tractor march on 26 January. Simultaneously, the United Kisan Morcha has formed a three-member committee which will investigate this allegation. Harpal Singh has confirmed his suspension.

The protestors protesting against agricultural laws on the Delhi border took out a tractor parade in the national capital on the occasion of Republic Day. Due to this, there was a clash between the agitators and the police. Police removed tear gas shells and lathi-charge for removing barricades and not following the routes laid down by the parade. 86 policemen were injured in the battle between Delhi Police and protesters, out of which 45 had to be admitted to the Trauma Center.
