According to a report by United Nations, terrorist organizations in Pakistan, Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba, are capable of producing explosives and transporting combatants to Afghanistan. So that the peace process going on there can be hampered. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has reacted to this report, saying that this United Nations report reinforces India's claim that Pakistan is a stronghold of global terrorism.
