According to the health department, on Sunday, 20 in Agra, 37 in Meerut, 125 in Noida, 392 in Lucknow, 168 in Kanpur, 79 in Ghaziabad, 10 in Saharanpur, 04 in Firozabad, 07 in Moradabad, 73 in Varanasi, Rampur In 32, 30 in Jaunpur, 07 in Basti and 12 in Barabanki patients were found.

Chief Secretary Medical Health Amit Mohan Prasad said in his statement that 44123 samples were tested in the state on Saturday. A total of 1470426 samples have been tested so far. He further said that according to the WHO standard, there should be 32 thousand checks daily in the state. But Uttar Pradesh is investigating more than this every day. Additional Chief Secretary further informed that 3046 pools of five samples were tested on Saturday. Of these 530 pools have been found positive. 323 pools of 10–10 samples were tested. Now it has become more necessary to control it. Otherwise, the situation will become more frightening.
