New Delhi: The CBI has filed a charge sheet in the court in the accident case of the victim of the famous Unnao rape case of Uttar Pradesh. In this charge sheet, the CBI has dropped the charge of murder from accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his associates and accused them of criminal conspiracy. It is known that two of his aunts were killed in an accident in the victim's car on NH-31 in Rae Bareli on July 28, while he and his lawyer were seriously injured.

On July 30, the CBI registered a case against Sengar, his brother Manoj Singh Sengar, Arun Singh, son-in-law of a Uttar Pradesh minister and 7 others for criminal conspiracy, murder, attempt to murder and criminal intimidation. Officials said that the CBI filed the first charge sheet in the special CBI court of Lucknow in the evening. In the charge sheet, only the charges of criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation have been framed against Bangarmau seat MLA Sengar and other accused in the FIR.

Ashish Kumar Pal, the driver of the truck that hit the victim's car, has been charged with reckless death and driving dangerously on public roads under various sections of IPC. The CBI has not made the driver accused of criminal conspiracy in the charge sheet. In this charge sheet of the investigating agency, action has also been recommended against many officials of UP government. However, the identity of these officers has not been revealed.
