Lucknow: 13 people have lost their lives due to lightning in UP on Tuesday. CM Yogi Adityanath has deeply mourned this incident of natural disaster and expressed grief for the family of the deceased. Chief Minister Yogi has announced a compensation of Rs 4 lakh each to the family of those who died due to lightning. The Chief Minister Yogi has ordered the District Magistrate concerned to help each family and provide damages of Rs 4 lakh and help them through government schemes.

It has been learned that till September 15, a total of 28 villages of Lakhimpur Kheri Sitapur and Azamgarh have been affected by the floods. 13 people died due to lightning. According to the information, 13 people have lost their lives due to lightning in 6 districts.

On Tuesday, a person died due to wild animal attack in Lakhimpur Kheri. This family has also been announced to pay compensation of 4 lakhs. On 15 September, one person died after falling in a borewell in Kasganj. According to the CM office, this family will also be given damages of 4 lakhs. It is also being said that monsoon activity is still active in the state. Due to this, there are reports of lightning in many places. People have also been made alert in this regard by the state disaster department. After which some people get hit by celestial lightning.
