Saharanpur: A case of murder has come to light from Saharanpur in UP, the country's largest state. Where the younger brother shoveled the elder brother's head to death in a phone dispute. At about 12 p.m. on 9th August, when the smell started spreading in the village, no one was able to get away and handed it over to the police.
