Lucknow: Assistant teacher Ajit Yadav has been suspended in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj district. Ajit Yadav had used abusive language for PM Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and CM Yogi Adityanath at a public meeting of the Samajwadi Party (SP). Teacher Ajit Yadav is accused of campaigning for SP in election rallies even after being a government employee. He was issued a notice on March 5, 2022, seeking a reply. Due to lack of response, he was suspended on March 11 (Friday).

Ajit Yadav was a teacher at Sarai Khwaja, a composite school in Baharia area of Prayagraj. District Basic Education Officer Pradeep Kumar Tiwari has found his conduct to be against the Teacher Conduct Service Rules. An inquiry has been initiated against them. This inquiry is being done by the Block Development Officer. About a week ago, Ajit Yadav's video went viral on social media. He was then holding a public meeting in support of SP candidate Sandeep Yadav. In that video, he was seen comparing Narendra Modi, Yogi Adityanath and Amit Shah with bulls.

In that video, he had said, "A black bull is roaming around as Amit Shah. There is some brown bull that is spinning around as Narendra Modi. When the Samajwadi Party government comes, you will see, Yogi Baba, who wears saffron and wear a red loincloth under the lungi, will also be checked.'' After the video went viral, there was a constant demand for action against Ajit Yadav. Prayagraj police had also taken cognizance of the matter and issued instructions to Thana Georgetown to take necessary action against Ajit Yadav.
