Barabanki: A husband and wife clashed overheating of water in Barabanki in up, the country's largest state. Then the husband divorced himself. The two are said to have been married for 16 years and have 5 children. These cases are not stopping even after the law against triple talaq has been enacted. Police have registered a case on the information of the victim. The case is from Sadruddinpur village in Jehangirabad police station area, a man divorced his wife after 16 years on a trivial matter. The victim reached the police station with her brother and accused her husband of breaking up by divorce. Police are investigating the case on the basis of information.
The wife alleges that her in-laws used to harass her since nikah. She has 5 children and the youngest child is only two years old. The victim said that when she gave hot water to her husband to take the medicine on Thursday, he got angry and said that we will do it ourselves. So we also said do that. Then they got angry and divorced us 3 times and drove us away from home. As well as all the children were beaten.
On the other hand, SO Darshan Yadav said that a woman has given notice accusing her husband of triple talaq. Further action will be taken only after the matter is under investigation. The victim says she has young children who have no one to raise.
