Gorakhpur: UP police are once again in controversy after a Kanpur businessman was beaten to death in Gorakhpur and a man was suspected to have died inside a police station in Kasganj. The latest case has come to light from Kanpur, where police were accused of beating a man to death. The man was caught by the police a day earlier in connection with a theft.
When the situation worsened, the police asked the family members to take it to the hospital while he died on the way. The entire body of the deceased has been marked with beating marks. The entire case is of 40-Madaiya in the Kalyanpur area of Kanpur. Kallu was taken for questioning by Kalyanpur police on the 14th of this year in a theft.
Kallu's sister Mansi alleged that Kallu was released by the police last night saying that he was in poor health, then, we were taking him to the hospital when he died on the way. Sister Mansi alleged that the entire body of the deceased Kallu was marked with beating marks. This morning, the family members started a ruckus over Kallu's death. Leaders of other parties along with the SP also rushed to the spot. Samajwadi Party alleges that the police have killed Kallu, action should be taken against the culprits and compensation should be paid to the family. Meanwhile, Kanpur police is now trying to cover up the case.
