Samsung electronics is having a tough time because of the note 7 controversies. Still, the engineers are not able to find the root cause of the device exploding. To reduce more accidents, the company has recalled the entire note 7 from the users. The company is giving back complete money refund to the customers. The report says, "We are able to take back 85 percent of devices but still we have units available in the market which could be the cause of further accidents." The company has also advised the users to not charge the device more than 60%. As most of the cases of the explosion have occurred when the battery percentage was more than 60 percent.
Now the company is coming up with a new strategy to take back all the pieces of the market. They will be issuing an official software update for the galaxy note 7 so that users will get periodic notifications and reminders to recall the device. This update will also restrict the charging to 60 percent only.
Making the announcement in a blog post on Friday, Samsung's US arm also announced that most of the customers have switched their Galaxy Note 7 units with another Samsung phone. Users are also given the option to opt for cash, or choose to be a part of the Galaxy S8 or Note 8 programme.We recommend all Samsung Galaxy Note 7 users to return their units immediately for not only their own, but the safety of others as well. Samsung's engineers are unable to find the actual reason behind these explosions, making the recall even more urgent.
