Hyderabad: Actor Urvashi Rautela has been hospitalized following a significant injury on the set of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s much-anticipated 109th film in Hyderabad. Reports indicate that the injury occurred during an intense action scene, leading to a severe fracture.

In the wake of her hospitalization, Urvashi's recent Instagram Stories have ignited curiosity among her followers regarding her true condition.

A statement from Urvashi’s team confirmed that she suffered a "terrible" fracture while filming a high-energy action sequence for NBK109. Urvashi had recently arrived in Hyderabad for the film's third shooting schedule.

Despite reports of her serious injury and subsequent hospitalization, Urvashi's social media activity has puzzled fans. She posted videos and pictures from Dubai, showing herself at a spa and serving coffee to her parents in a luxurious hotel setting. These posts have led fans to question the accuracy of the injury reports.

Filmmaker Kolli Santosh Ravindra, known as Bobby, cast Urvashi in a key role alongside Bollywood stars Bobby Deol, Dulquer Salmaan, and Chandini Chowdary in NBK109. Thaman is composing the music for this project, which is being jointly produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas.

Urvashi has previously gained attention in Tollywood with her dance numbers in films like Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, Pawan Kalyan’s BRO, and Akhil Akkineni’s Agent.
