The US embassy in Kabul, the capital of India's friendly country Afghanistan, is battling the Corona epidemic. The US State Department said that there have been many cases of infection at the embassy. Along with some diplomats, many staff and many local people working in the embassy have been caught by this dangerous virus. The State Department has not mentioned the number of people infected in the embassy. But an embassy official said that about 20 people were infected. Most of them are Nepalese Gurkhas, who provide security to the embassy. He said that those found infected have been kept in isolation in the embassy premises.

In its statement, the US State Department said in a statement, "All the appropriate measures are being implemented in the embassy to prevent corona infection." A total of 28 thousand 324 cases have been found so far in Afghanistan battling terrorism. While 569 victims have died.

On the other hand, the number of people affected by Coronavirus has increased to 86.41 lakhs worldwide while more than 4.59 lakh people have become the victims of this epidemic period. According to the latest data released by the Center for Science and Engineering (CSSE) of John Hopkins University of America, Coronavirus has infected 86,41,521 people worldwide and killed 4,59,474 people so far. In the case of covid-19, America ranks first worldwide, Brazil second and Russia third. On the other hand, in the data of deaths due to this epidemic, America is first, Brazil is second and Britain is third.
