Lockdown has been done due to Coronavirus in countries around the world. Even though some people may not like this lockdown, but it is proving good for some people. People are learning new things in lockdowns and are trying to improve their skills. If someone is spending their time in the kitchen to make a new dish, then someone is trying to improve their fitness. One such person is Greg Wittstock, who hails from the US, who has set a unique world record by showcasing his talent in lockdown. These world records have recorded his name in the Guinness Book.

Greg lifted 62 kg underwater and installed 62 bench presses. Surprisingly, until he finished his task, the breath was kept underwater till then. He has created this world record in St. Charles Lake (Lake), Illinois, USA.

Greg says about putting 62 bench press under water was fun and scary too. His video has also been made, which has been shared by the 'Guinness Book of World Records' on his Facebook page. More than six lakh people have watched the video so far, while more than eight thousand people have liked it. However, this is not new to Greg. Last year too, he set a world record by putting 42 bench presses under water. This time he has set a new record by destroying his own world record. Greg's world record is indeed worth it, because doing so under water can also prove fatal.
