Hardoi: Six people have been injured in a dispute overfilling of dirt drains on Monday in the rural village Kotwali area of Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. Giving information about the case, police sources have told that Ramu, a resident of Maholia Shivpal village under the village police station area in Hardoi, cleaned its safety tank. All its filth was filled in the drains.

He told the police that the local people objected to the matter. There was a dispute between the women of his family and the women of the neighborhood after objections were raised by the local people. When the quarrel broke out, Ramu and his son Vishal climbed onto the roof of their house and opened fire with their licensee gun and shot at the locals who were protesting on the road below.

Giving information, the police said that the firing injured 6 people standing on the road, including 5 women. The injured have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident. Before the police arrived, the accused father and his son escaped from the scene. Police have seized licensee gun from their house. The condition of all is currently out of danger.
