Lucknow: There was a stir in Colonelganj of Sangamnagari Prayagraj when the sound of firing was heard from a rented house. Hearing the gunshot, people in the vicinity rushed to the youth's room. The room was locked from the inside. When the landlord and neighbours peeped through the window, the ground slipped under everyone's feet. The body of the young man was lying in a pool of blood on the bed. The incident was immediately reported to the police. The police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem and started investigating the case.  

Krishna, 23, was a resident of Fatehpur district in Uttar Pradesh and used to repair machines installed in the gym. He was staying in a rented house near Manmohan Park in Katra. According to the information, he was having an affair with a girl. But, the girlfriend had distanced herself from him about something, which he could not tolerate and committed suicide by shooting himself.   

Police have also recovered a suicide note from the deceased youth's room. In which he has written about the girlfriend moving away. The girlfriend had left him. Whose grief was haunting him, that is why he took this suicidal step. The police have also taken possession of the illegal pistol found on the spot and started investigating the case. The police have also informed the family members of the deceased youth.
