Lucknow: A young man fell in love with his aunt (Mausi) in Uttar Pradesh. When the family came to know about it, they objected. When the family members of the youth protested, the girl (aunt) came to his house on Thursday. Even after a million attempts, the aunt did not agree to accept and insisted on marrying the young man. Finally, the panchayat sat down and the heads persuaded both the families to get the marriage done. The two are going to get married soon.

The case pertains to Babupatti village under the Tarkulwa police station area of Deoria in the state, where the in-laws of a youth's uncle are in a village under the Patherwa police station area of Kushinagar district. His uncle's in-laws came and went and his nephew fell in love with his uncle's sister-in-law. There was constant talk between the two on the phone. At the same time, they also started to meet each other between the two. Within a few days, his family came to know about it. The family members of the young man protested. They started preparing to get the young man married to another place. When the girl came to know about it, she threatened to come to the youth's house on Thursday.   

The young woman insisted on marrying him. The news spread like wildfire in the village. In view of the stubbornness of the girl, a panchayat was convened in the village. The five tried to hush up the matter first in the panchayat, but the girl did not get rid of the toss with her intention. Eventually, the panchayat allowed the two to get married. After that, the matter cooled down. Now soon the rituals of the marriage of both will be completed. In this regard, SHO Naveen Singh said that the matter is under cognizance. Both families are ready for marriage. According to the Aadhaar card, the lover-girlfriend are adults.
