Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, a brother-in-law killed his brother-in-law in the Baberu police station area of Banda district over illicit relations. In fact, the deceased had a delicate relationship with the accused's wife, who was his maternal sister in the relationship. The deceased had also made obscene videos with his sister. When the deceased stepbrother blackmailed the brother-in-law (Jija) by showing the video, the brother-in-law along with his friend killed him.

According to the police, the case was of illicit relations. The deceased was the son of the aunt of the accused's wife. Before the marriage, the deceased had an affair with his stepsister. He also made some videos with his sister. Through which he was blackmailing her and making a relationship even after marriage. When the matter came to light, Jija forbade his brother-in-law from doing so. But the deceased also started blackmailing his brother-in-law by showing him the video. The deceased demanded money from his brother-in-law and threatened to put the video on the internet if he did not give the money. Brother-in-law told this to his friend. After which the two together strangled the brother-in-law to death. Later, the body was dumped under the culvert and along with it, the brother-in-law's bike was also thrown away. So that the police find it a case of an accident.

However, when the police conducted a postmortem of the body, it came to light that it was a murder case and then they nabbed the two accused through mobile surveillance. Banda SP Abhinandan said that the case belongs to Bhadedu village under Baberu police station. Police had received information that on March 25, there was an accident near the village and the body was lying under the culvert. But when the police saw the body, they feared murder. After which the body was sent for post-mortem. As soon as the report came, it became clear that the young man had been killed. Following this, the police formed a team to investigate the case and with the help of mobile surveillance, both the accused were arrested. During interrogation, both of them confessed to their crime. Further action is currently underway.
