In Hardoi district, a female constable, who came back to her home during the Holi holiday, died during treatment in a road accident.
Actually, the female constable was coming home from Moradabad on a bike with her father after getting down from the train at Hardoi station. Meanwhile, on the way, his bike collided with a stray bull, in which both father and daughter were seriously injured. On the day of the incident, the female constable had died during treatment. Woman constable Upasana Kushwaha, a resident of Harpalpur town in Hardoi district, was undergoing training at the Police Training Center in Moradabad. From where she reached Hardoi by train. The father, who returned home during the holiday of Holi, was coming back home from the station with a bike with him. The bike collided with a stray bull near Shahabuddinpur village of Kotwali city of Hardoi.
Father and daughter were seriously injured in this accident. Both were admitted to the district hospital. When the condition became critical, she was referred to Lucknow, where the woman constable lost her life during treatment on March 17. Shyam Singh's 23-year-old daughter Upasana was admitted to the police in October 2021. She was taking training at the Police Training Center in Moradabad.
