Lucknow: A Muslim girl, who was in love with a Hindu man in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh district has been murdered and her own father has been accused of murdering her. The deceased was a minor, and after killing her father himself went to the police station and surrendered. The police have registered a case and arrested the accused, Muwees Ahmed, with the pistol used in the murder. The incident took place on Thursday (September 15, 2022).

The case is of Nagla Kasab village under the Varla police station area. According to media reports, the girl tried to convince her family a lot, but her family did not agree.
