Lucknow: A very gruesome case has been reported from Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur district in which a 74-year-old Muslim man named Gufran Ahmed has been caught abusing a 5-year-old little girl. The locals caught her red-handed while doing a heated argument with the girl. Taking cognizance of the incident on March 22, 2022 (Tuesday), the police have arrested Gufran. Gufran is a rickshaw driver and he goes to drop the little girls to school with his rickshaw.
During this time, he started doing obscene things to a five-year-old girl. The child repeatedly resisted him, but he did not obey and kept doing his dirty things. During this time, a woman passing on the road noticed this incident and made a noise, after which many people gathered at the spot and caught the accused Gufran Ahmed. A letter written by Gufran has also surfaced in which he has himself admitted his deeds. Gufran Ahmed, 74, is a resident of Kashiram Colony in Saharanpur and his father's name is Wazir Ahmed. He works to drop the girls from his auto in a private school. On March 22, he was carrying a baby girl in his rickshaw.
In the approval, Gufran said he was going to take the five-year-old girl to his rickshaw and drop her at tuitions. After that, he forced himself on the street with the child and grabbed her and started kissing her. Gufran tried to do obscene acts with the girl. During this time, the people of the locality caught him. Saharanpur police have also responded after the case went viral on social media. In a tweet on Friday (March 25), the Saharanpur police wrote, "Taking immediate cognizance of the case by Thana Qutubsher, Saharanpur police, the accused has been arrested and sent to jail.''
