Lucknow: The incident which embarrasses humanity has come to light in UP, where a doctor cheated a mother for a few money and kept her child with him. When the mother reached the doctor after a year, the doctor drove her away saying that we sold your child. This incident which shook the human senses has come out from Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh.

This incident is of Usha Nursing Home located in Baraut city of Baghpat, where a pregnant woman named Shikha of Bijraula village was delivered in September 2018. She gave birth to a boy. She alleges that the doctors made a bill of 40 thousand rupees to discharge her, but she was very poor. She refused to give so much money, after which the doctor placed a condition before her that she should pay her money slowly and take the child. Till then the child will be with the doctor. Saying the consent of this, his thumbprint was placed on a blank page.

Those people are very poor, due to which they had gradually paid 30 thousand rupees and on Monday, when they came to take the child with the remaining 10 thousand rupees, the doctor refused to give them the child. The doctor drove him away saying that he had sold the child. When an attempt was made to talk to the accused doctor in this regard, he refused to speak anything. After this, the victim couple filed a complaint against the doctor at the police station and demanded to have the child. According to the police department's ASP, the doctor told the inquiry that the couple has sold the child in Muzaffarnagar while the couple is refusing. That is why investigations are being done and if the child is sold, then legal action will be taken.
