Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in the country to make one lakh Covid beds in Covid hospitals. The state's CM Yogi Adityanath had ordered L-1, L-2 and L-3 hospitals to control the coronavirus by the end of the month to increase the total number of beds to one lakh.

Level-1 and Level-2 hospitals in 75 districts of UP are fully ready. While 25 hospitals of Level-3 have also been constructed in the state. Normal patients of Corona will be kept in Level-1 and Level-2 hospital while very serious patients of Corona will be admitted to Level-3 hospital. Level-1 and 2 hospitals will have oxygen in addition to normal beds and ventilators in some. On the other hand, in Level-3 hospitals, all types of state-of-the-art facilities will be available for serious patients including ventilators, ICUs and dialysis systems.

In the team-11 meeting, CM Yogi is also reviewing the health services of workers and laborers from other states every day. He has also given orders to install all resources of health services to fight against Corona. CM Yogi has ordered that 10 thousand checks should be done daily in the state. He has given the target of 15000 daily checks till 20 June, 20 thousand daily checks till 20 June. CM Yogi has given instructions to set up a testing lab in every district in the state for rapid investigation. At the time of Corona's first case, KGMU alone had only 50 tests, now there are 30 testing labs.
