Lucknow: The speculation about whether school-colleges will open in Uttar Pradesh from September 21 has now come to an end. In view of the increasing cases of coronavirus epidemic, school-colleges will not open tomorrow i.e. from Monday. Officials of UP's Department of Secondary Education have confirmed this.
Officials have said that it is not possible to open school-colleges in the wake of rising corona cases in UP. Earlier, deputy CM of the state Dinesh Sharma also expressed his inability to open schools in the state from 21 September. In fact, the Modi government at the Center suggested the states to start educational institutions from September 21. However, due to increasing cases of Corona, no government is able to muster the courage to open schools.
Corona cases are also increasing in Uttar Pradesh. In view of this, on September 16, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma indicated that in this regard, the possibility of partial reopening of schools from September 21 is quite low. In view of Corona's affairs, it is not possible to run the school at least partially this month. He said that the safety of students is a big issue and no agreement can be made with it.
