Chandigarh: The workers trapped in other states are making all efforts to reach their homes during the lockdown. 12 workers from Uttar Pradesh trapped in Panipat in Haryana did something similar. These people jumped into the Yamuna river flowing on the Haryana-UP border and entered Uttar Pradesh along with crossing the river. However, his luck did not support him and he came under the grip of the police. Now the police have sent all these people to the Quarantine Home.

All these were going to Kaushambi, about 750 km from Panipat. All these reached the Shamli district after crossing the Yamuna river.
