Maharajganj: While living in live relation in UP Maharajganj district, the lover killed his girlfriend. Accused Virender Sahni was living in a live-in relationship with divorced woman Sharmili. During this time the woman gave birth to three children. The police has arrested the accused while disclosing this pending case for six months. The accused has been sent to jail in the murder case.

This incident is from Tehri Ghat village of Purandarpur police station area. A woman living in a live-in relationship went missing six months ago. During that time, on the complaint of the woman's mother, the police had registered a case of harassment and kidnapping in July 2020 itself. Due to Corona, the police could not act promptly. During the crisis period of the Corona epidemic, the police could not show strictness to the accused. Due to this, the accused survived. However, when the investigation of the pending case started again, the matter started to open. When the police strictly interrogated the woman's live-in partner, he accepted his crime.

The accused said that the woman started leaving the house after a fight that night. The quarrel started at the Tehri Ghat dam. During this time, the accused hit the woman's head with a brick. The woman collapsed after being sedated. The accused then picked up the woman and threw her into the river. After accepting the crime, the police arrested Virender Sahni and sent him to jail on Tuesday.
