Lucknow: The case of gang-rape of a minor girl has come to light from Sihani Gate in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. In this case, the police have arrested 3 people. SP City Nipun Agarwal has said that while talking about this, the incident started about 1 month ago. When a class X girl called by Sameer, the owner of the shop near her house, and raped her. The accused's uncle, who was present in the shop, took the video of the rape incident on his mobile.
Not only this, the girl was called once more on the pretext of deleting this video. On 21 March, inside the shop, the accused Sameer, his uncle Deepak and his friend Shoaib gang-raped the minor girl. Ever since this incident, the minor girl was always living in the house with sorrow and frowns. She stopped eating food. On March 24, when the family insisted and asked the girl the reason for this, she told her family about the incident with her. By then, this whole incident has been revealed.
After hearing the case from the victim, the family members of the victim lodged the case at Sihani Gate Police Station. After receiving a complaint from the victim's family, the police registered a case under section 376D, POCSO Act of gang rape in this case. After this, the police reached their house to arrest the accused and arrested the three accused, and sent them to jail. The police have also recovered the mobile phone from the possession of the accused in which the video of the rape was made.
