UP Police arrested missing businessman hiding in Farmer's protest

Lucknow: Police in Uttar Pradesh have arrested the missing businessman of Ghaziabad from the farmers' agitation site. The debt-ridden businessman tried to hide in the peasant movement by disguising himself to avoid the lenders, but the police arrested him. According to media reports, a person named Praveen, a resident of Muradnagar in Ghaziabad, did not go home since December 1.

When the police searched, he was found at the Ghazipur-Ghaziabad (UP Gate) border. According to the police, Praveen has been missing from home before, but he used to return home later. The complaint of his disappearance was not filed by his family till December 12. The police had installed Praveen's mobile on surveillance and his car was found standing near the farmers' movement site.

Superintendent of Police Rural Iraj Raja gave information in this regard. To hide his identity, he had grown his hair and beard. He was riding in his car. During this, the police identified and apprehended him. During interrogation, Praveen said that he has a lot of debts and those people from whom he had taken money were putting pressure on him, so he adopted this method to avoid it. Here he was also getting free food and was also left out of the public eye.
