Lucknow: A priest has been arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat district. In fact, the pastor is accused of raping an 11-year-old minor girl from the Dalit community. The name of the accused priest has been mentioned as Father All Wit and is about 67 years old. Baghpat police said that the victim's family lived near the church. The police have conducted a medical test of the victim. The incident took place on April 23, 2022 (Saturday).

According to Dsp Kherka Vijay Chaudhary of Baghpat police, "On April 23, a person from Laliana village had lodged a complaint at Police Station Chandinagar in Baghpat. The complaint stated that the pastor of the church, who was present near his house, had committed a false job with his daughter. An FIR was immediately registered in the case. The medical examination of the victim has been done. Necessary legal action is being taken. According to the Baghpat police, the name of the father of the accused pastor, All Witt, is Silwai Crusche. He lives temporarily in St. Joseph's High School in the victim's village, Laliana. He is originally a resident of Village Phuttur near Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. Section 376AB/376AB/2017 A case has been registered under 5/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)VA SC/ST Act along with 354 B/506 IPC.

According to the victim's mother, "We are very poor. I am working with my husband in the fields to earn a living for the family. The child lives at home. My daughter was called inside by that father. The daughter did not know that the father would do this to her and she trusted him and went inside. Inside, the pastor gave money to my daughter. Then he showed my daughter the dirty video. After this, my daughter was molested by the pastor. The victim's mother said, "When the other boys of the village saw so much money with my daughter, they told us. She was buying stuff with that money. Then I asked my daughter where the money came from. Then she went and told me that the father was giving me the money. The daughter further told that the father does falsework by showing me dirty videos.''
