Lucknow: A surprising case of rape has come to light from Auraiya in Uttar Pradesh. A 13-year-old minor girl living in a village in the district was found pregnant. When her health deteriorated, she was taken to the hospital, where the minor was found to be seven months pregnant in the investigation. Now the accused has been arrested on the complaint of the minor's father.

One day the health of a 13-year-old minor from a village in Auraiya suddenly deteriorated. The family members immediately took her to the hospital. When the doctors examined her, the minor turned out to be seven months pregnant. Due to the news of the pregnancy of such a small girl, the ground slipped under the feet of the family members. When the minor was asked in this regard, it came to light that she was raped by her cousin's sister's brother-in-law. According to the minor's father, in the month of February, the girl had gone to a marriage function organized at her cousin's in-laws' house. During this, her sister's brother-in-law raped the minor for several days. The father says that the cousin sister is also involved in the rape of the minor. She knows everything, but instead of stopping the brother-in-law, she supported him on the contrary. 

After marriage, the daughter came home, but she did not tell anything. This was revealed when her health deteriorated. Acting immediately on the complaint of the minor's father, the police arrested the accused. A case has been registered against the accused under two other sections including Section 376, 120-B of IPC for raping a minor.
