Moradabad: A shameful case has been heard from the Kanth police station area of Moradabad. Here a father raped his own daughter. In the case, the teenager has accused her father of rape. The police have registered a case against the accused on the complaint of the victim. The 17-year-old girl said that her father had been raping her for the last one year. When she resisted, the accused father used to beat her up. Threatening to kill her mother and siblings.

Reports say that the teenager has said in the information that she kept quiet due to fear of her father's threats and has not said anything to anyone. On Friday night too, the father also tried to rape her. When the teenager protested against this act of the father, the culprit assaulted her. Not only this, but her mother and other family members also came there after hearing the screams during the beating. On questioning, the victim narrated the incident to her mother and sister.

Reports said the victim along with her family members reached Kanth police station on Saturday and lodged a complaint. Kanth police station in-charge RP Sharma has said that a case has been registered on the basis of Tahrir. The police have started investigating the accused and the victim's medical examination is being done. A search is also on for the culprit.
