A Muslim vegetable vendor named Sharif Khan in Prem Nagar police station area of ​​the district used to urinate on vegetables and sell them in Hindu areas. After getting the news, the local people caught him and handed him over to the police.
According to the report, on Friday (16 September 2022), Sharif Khan was standing on the side of the road with a vegetable cart. At the same time, some vegetables were kept below, on which Sharif Khan was urinating. Seeing him doing this, someone took down the video of the incident and made it viral. Hindu Jagran Manch worker Durgesh Gupta, the resident of Karmachari Nagar, has informed that he was leaving near Kailash Hospital in Janakpuri at around 3 pm on Friday. Suddenly his eyes fell on the vegetable cart standing on the side of the road. There Sharif Khan was urinating on vegetables under the guise of a handcart.
Durgesh told that he took down the video of this incident while sitting in the car. After this, when he went to talk to the vegetable vendor, he gave his name as Sharif Khan and his address as Partapur Chaudhary. When he asked Sharif the reason for urinating on vegetables, he started misbehaving with him. Seeing the commotion, many people gathered there and they beat up Sharif Khan. After this, the police of Prem Nagar police station was informed. After which the police reached the spot and brought Sharif to the police station and interrogated him.
During interrogation, Sharif confessed to the police that he was passing urine under the guise of a handcart. Although he denied urinating on vegetables, Durgesh had a video of him. According to people, Sharif Khan sells vegetables in Janakpuri and Rajendranagar areas with Hindu population. SSI Virendra Pratap Singh of Prem Nagar police station said that people have levelled allegations of urinating on vegetables against a vegetable vendor, Sharif Khan. He has been taken into custody. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered and further action is being taken. Let us tell you that before this, many videos of spitting on food items have gone viral and the accused had been arrested, however, why do the accused do these acts, is there religious hatred behind it?
