When he protested, he posted an obscene picture of his daughter on social media. He has also threatened to kill the entire family. The girl's father has told that he is a resident of the Khekra police station area of ​​Baghpat. On July 18, the girl's father along with his wife was going towards Delhi by scooter. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rahis, a resident of Ghaziabad, stopped him on the way. The girl's father has told that Rahis told his wife that 'send your daughter to me, Otherwise, I will sever your and your husband's head from the body. The whole family is in panic after this threat. Because, after the dastardly killings of Kanhaiyalal and Umesh Kolhe, this slogan of 'Sar Tan Se Juda' has become synonymous with terror, but the judiciary or the administration is yet to pay heed to these slogans being raised by radical mobs on the streets. However, the girl's father has told the police in his complaint that people gathered at the spot after seeing the commotion. Seeing the crowd, Mohammad Rahis fled from there. Since then, he has been continuously pressurizing his family to send the girl to him. On August 23, he had also put an obscene picture of his daughter on his WhatsApp status. According to media reports, the victim's father told that his daughter was a teacher in a school. At the same time, Mohammed Rahis used to cart in the Shukra market. On May 30, his daughter went missing without informing them. After the uproar by Hindu organizations, the police recovered her daughter after a month and handed her over to the family.

Since then Mohammad Rahis has been continuously pressurizing him to send the girl to him. Along with this, he is also threatening the family members with murder. According to locals, the victim's daughter has a love affair with a Muslim boy. On the complaint of the victim's father, the police have registered a case against the accused.
