Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh is going to give a day-to-day holiday gift to policemen on the lines of the Madhya Pradesh government. According to the information provided by the sources, a day-to-day holiday blueprint has been prepared after government directives. The pilot project will be implemented in two districts of Uttar Pradesh.
According to the system launched by the UP Yogi government, policemen will get one day rest in a week from the next 20th August. The government has launched this initiative to provide mental and physical relief to the police. The pilot project will be launched in only two districts of the state, Barabanki and Kanpur Nagar.
The decision will bring relief not only to the policemen but also to their families. The policemen had been demanding a day off for a long time. Sp has entrusted the ASP with the responsibility of roster preparation. If the experiment is successful in two districts, the government will implement the system across the state.
