Lucknow: A shameful case has come to light from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. Here, a girl was raped on the strength of gun and then a video of this incident was made and posted on the internet. The victim's mother has complained to the police in this matter. The police have registered a case in the IT Act with rape and intimidation. The Posco Act has also been imposed on the accused because the victim is a minor.
In the complaint given to the police, the victim's mother has told that a man from the village was harassing her daughter for the past 1 year. When she went to school, he also does vulgar acts with her many times. According to the complaint, he used to threaten the girl to kill and was also pressuring her for marriage. The family was so fed up that after getting fed up with these antics, the girl's education was also stopped. In the complaint, the information about this case was also given to the police, but no specific action was taken.
Earlier in the morning, when her daughter was going to defecate, the accused young man forcibly pulled her to his house and raped her in the room on the strength of gun. After this, he captured this entire incident in the CCTV camera installed in the room. He posted this footage on the internet and this video went viral. Since then, the teenager is very upset. Police has come into action after the complaint. Officials said that the accused is being investigated. After this incident, the sensation has spread in the area. It is also being said that if the police had already taken cognizance of the matter then it would not have been a day.
