Many species of snakes exist in the world. Recently a rare species of snake has appeared in Dudhwa National Park in Uttar Pradesh. When this snake's picture was shared on social media, people were shocked to see it. This red coloured snake species is called Red Coral Cookery, which has been one of the very rare species. The photo of this snake was clicked by a staff of Dudhwa National Park, which was shared on Twitter by Wildlife Conservation and Tourism Organization Wildlance.

This rare species was first seen in Dudhwa in the year 1936. The zoological name of this snake is "Oligodon kheriensis". After this, the snake of this species was seen in the month of February, 2019. According to senior Indian Forest Service officer Ramesh Pandey, the red coral cookery snake has been seen four times in the last few years, whereas never before has this snake been seen so many times.

Earlier in the year 2015, this rare species of snake was seen in Uttarakhand. According to the claim of the forest department, people are unknown about this mysterious snake. While sharing the picture of the snake of this rare species on Sunday wrote that "Dudhwa National Park is full of diversity and wonder. Red Coral Cookery Snake, is a very rare snake. This snake appeared after the rain near the employees' hut this evening."

According to the experts, red coral cookery snakes are not poisonous. These snakes only eat insects and worms. These snakes have been named Red Coral Cookery due to their red-orange color and teeth. Because the teeth of these snakes are like Nepali "khukri", which are used for breaking eggs.
